With over 25 years of hands-on experience in the industry, we bring knowledge, reliability, and a passion for sustainability to everything we do.

Our story began when Davy James, working as an area supervisor, met Samantha Daniels. Starting out as yard operatives and moving into management, we built a strong working relationship rooted in shared values. A few years later, Savy Recycling Ltd was born—a name that combines Sam and Davy, and a company that reflects our vision for a smarter approach to waste.

We operate from two fully equipped bases in Whitby and Thornaby, proudly serving the surrounding areas. We are a fully licensed and insured waste carrier, committed to working responsibly, legally, and ethically at all times.

Our company operates on a zero to landfill basis. That means we do everything possible to ensure materials are reused, recycled, or resold—keeping unnecessary waste out of the environment and supporting a more circular, sustainable system.
